SCORE has two recruiting offices looking after the needs of potential, new and ex-SCORE volunteers.

The South African Office is run from the organisation's head office in Green Point, Cape Town by Betty Lallie who serves the needs of volunteers from African countries.

The foreign recruiting office is run by Claudia Makumbe in The Netherlands with the assistance of a network of ex-SCORE volunteers in other countries.
